On Friday 1st of July 2011, 21 Social celebrated its first birthday. It was a great success and great way to thank all our patrons for their continued support over the first year. Cotton Court became transformed into a mini festival. First on the Diet Coke Live Music stage was the Matt McGinn Band, supported by Gareth Dunlop who warmed up the gathering crowd superbly. Next on was DJ Steve Simpson who got them dancing with all the classic dance anthems from past and present. And last on, direct from the US of A, The Supreme Dreamgirls. They entertained the crowds with all the classic Motown Hits and even a few newer ones, bringing the set to a close with a rousing rendition of Proud Mary.

The party then continued inside with DJ sets from Ghost, Steve Simpson and Jay Kay to the wee small hours.

Once again a big thanks to everyone involved in the day and we are already looking forward to next year. Check out our gallery for more pictures of the party.

LA CHIC is a new club night being launched @ 21 Socials exclusive top floor bar, Cigarette Girl every Friday night from the 28th January 2011.

It is a tribute to the 70's, Studio 54 and all things disco throughout the 80's, 90's & 00's.

Hosted by DJ Steve Simpson and regular guest DJ's.

As homage to Studio 54 and the glamour of New York Disco, every Friday night will be a colourful night of style and excess.

21 Social kicks off the Autumn months with a new lunch and dinner menu from Head Chef Alan Hope.

In the run up to Christmas Alan has prepared two delicious menus for both lunch and dinner. He has focused on using local seasonal produce to deliver those dishes that warm and comfort body and soul. Everything from cumberland sausage and mash, steak and guinness pie to seafood chowder and lisarra duck breast with sage and garlic potatoes.

Expect whole and healthy soul food. Organic and local where possible; delicious, always.

On Friday 26th November the Go Awards took place at Belfasts Europa Hotel. 21 Social was up for a couple of awards and were delighted to receive the Club Of The Year award. The awards presentation culminated with 21 Social winning the 'Golden Gong'. 21 Social opened on the city's Waring Street in June 2010 and clinched the top Award of the night having recieved the most overall votes across all of the 12 Award categories. We would like to thank all the staff, contractors and patrons for making 21 Social what it is today and to everyone who took the time to vote.

For a devilishly good time, join us at 21 Social on Saturday 30th of October for a fancy dress party. The best costume will win £300 cash. Extra points will be awarded for effort so be creative.
